  • Original packaging must be included, especially for multi-volume sets
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the specialized nature of our inventory, the following cannot be returned:
  • Digital products (e-books, PDFs, or access codes)
  • Custom-ordered reference materials for specific research projects
  • Items marked as “final sale” in product descriptions
