All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays). During peak academic periods, processing may occasionally require additional time.

We offer two shipping options to accommodate different research timelines:

Note: Delivery to remote locations or areas with customs restrictions may require additional time. We cannot ship to certain Asian countries and other restricted regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that specialized academic materials occasionally need to be returned or exchanged. Our policy is designed to protect the integrity of scientific references while accommodating legitimate needs.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for return or exchange:

• Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition: no markings, damage, or signs of use
• Original packaging must be included (especially critical for multi-volume sets)
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature, these items cannot be returned:

• Digital products (e-books, PDFs, access codes)
• Custom-ordered reference materials for specific research projects
• Items marked “final sale” in product descriptions

Return Process

   • Reason for return
   • For exchanges: desired replacement title
2. Receive authorization: Our academic support team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions within 2 business days
3. Package securely: Use protective packaging (original packaging recommended)
4. Ship with tracking: Return to our San Jose facility via trackable method (customer pays return shipping unless error was ours)

Refund Timeline & Methods

• Inspection period: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Refund processing: 3-5 business days after approval
• Payment method: Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Institutional purchases: Grant-funded orders may receive refunds via check to the academic department upon request

Note: International transactions may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

• Follow standard return process above
• Clearly indicate desired replacement title
• Price differences will be reconciled via original payment method
• Standard shipping fees apply for new shipment

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

• We’ll provide prepaid return label if error was ours
